Darkness Journaling:
A Sacred Place for our Darkest Parts
We deserve a way to honor &
contain the depth of our feelings.
You are not too emotional
You are not too sensitive
You are not too much
It's safe to feel deeply & be held in that state
Melissa Kim Corter, Psychologist, Author, and professional Shadow Worker, is the creator of Darkness Journaling: A Sacred Place for our Darkest Parts.
During this two-hour workshop, you will experience:
🖤 Darkness Journaling (to orient us to the realm of shadow)
🖤 Somatic & Ritual Writing (to express body-based emotions)
🖤 Clear Containment (for all of who you are)
This guided practice includes an overview of the shadow, why it is significant to our growth and expansion, as well as a sacred writing ritual.
Darkness Journaling is specifically curated to support the containment of difficult-to-understand emotions and intense feelings. This creates space for us to expand our capacity to hold more of who we are.

~Carl Gustav Jung

What people are saying about Melissa Kim Corter
Transformation doesn’t happen because we understand the shadow. It happens when we learn to trace it, slowly, safely, with reverence and respect for our capacity for darkness.
